I’m a proud graduate of District 401, having attended John Mills Elementary, Elm Middle School, and Elmwood Park High School (EPHS). Now, I’m pursuing a degree in History and Secondary Education, driven by a deep commitment to giving back to the community that shaped me. As a former student and an aspiring educator, I bring a unique perspective on the district’s strengths and areas for improvement—especially those that often go overlooked.
Since my time as a student at EPHS, I have been an active presence at school board meetings, advocating for the betterment of our schools. More often than not, I’ve been the only member of the public in attendance, underscoring my dedication to ensuring our district serves students, educators, and families effectively.
My connection to District 401 goes beyond my years as a student. I am passionate about fostering positive change, bringing fresh insights to the table, and strengthening the bond between our schools and the community. By actively engaging in school board discussions, I aim to set an example of civic involvement and accountability—because every voice matters when it comes to the future of our schools.
